GenVidPro collects only what is needed to answer your request and deliver the work.

What we collect

Your name, company, email or WhatsApp number, links you share, and the answers you give in the order brief. Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see your card details.

Why

To reply to you, prepare the plan, produce the work and issue invoices. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the services needed to deliver: email, PayPal and file storage.

Storage

Briefs and files are kept in our email and Google Drive for the duration of the project and up to two years after, then deleted on request or by routine clean-up.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
