Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with GenVidPro (Roman Chorny, Tel Aviv, Israel) through genvidpro.com, email or WhatsApp.

1. The offer

Prices shown on the site are fixed prices in US dollars for the described scope. A written plan with stages, dates and the final price is sent before any payment. The plan is the contract.

2. Payment

50% deposit to begin, 50% on delivery of the final files. Payment by PayPal, card through PayPal, or bank transfer. Work starts when the deposit arrives.

3. Revisions

Two revision rounds are included in every stage. Further rounds are billed as listed on the site. A change of concept after approval of the previous stage is a new order.

4. Cancellation

You may stop after any stage. The deposit covers the work done to that point and is not refunded once production has started. If we cannot deliver, the unused part of the deposit is returned.

5. Rights

On full payment you own the delivered brand assets and videos for your own commercial use. Source files and unlimited paid-advertising rights are included where the order says so, otherwise available as add-ons. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

6. Materials you provide

You confirm you have the right to use every logo, photo, text and product you send us. AI-generated material is produced for your brief and checked by a human; it is not stock footage.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We do not guarantee sales results.
